Bevy of Beauties: Crime Doesn't Pay, You Say?

Officer Elsie can't quite decide upon what charge to cite these two delectable delinquents. Perhaps "Maintaining an Attractive Nuisance," or "Disturbing the Peace of Mind."  However they're charged, these charming miscreants intend to throw themselves completely on the mercy of the court.  After all, what court could resist having such scintillating scofflaws land squarely upon their mercy?  Not mine, my friend, not mine.
