OMG, even Claudette went blonde?? Sheesh! :) What was it about the early 30's that pretty much every actress / performer (well, the ladies anyways) just HAD to go blonde? Or was it the popularity of rich tans of the "healthy" - after all, what could be "healthier" than wandering around looking like a negative picture of yourself? *LOL* Thanks for posting all of these wonderful pics, BTW. Your blog (coupled with "It's the PIctures That Got Small" I must admit) is my "Glamour Central" for vintage style inspiration! I guess that by mentioning a negative of a picture I just dated myself, non? ;)
